I tried to load the indicator but it does not show me any arrow when the condition is verified. sorry and thanks for your patience

Good evening, I pasted the indicator directly into "indicators". did I do well or am I doing something wrong? I have seen that in the indicator there is a .dll file which I do not have. do I have to put it in some folder? thank you
