X levels in othes time frames

Hi Guys,
could you code the levels and values labels of a editable 5 MVA in higher time frame.
If I trade in TF 15 minutes, I 'd like to parameter
MVA 7 in H1
MVA 7 in H4
MVA 7 in D1
MVA 20 in H4
MVA 50 in H4
