Beginning of Week Psych Level (Support & Resistance)

Hello Apprentice,
I have a simple request.

I would like an indicator that can draw two horizontal lines, one at a high point and one at a low point using only the start of Monday (current week only, not last week) and the hours in between BEFORE the start of the NEW YORK trading session to determine the high and low points. These lines must also extend out for the entire week. The option to set the start time should be enabled because commodities open at a different time than currencies. Also, the ability to change the lines appearance should be enabled.

The reason for this indicator is that the Weekly initial balance is set using these times and break-outs occur to one side strongly as do test/rejection of the high or low before a break out to one side. I think if traders used this to qualify some break-out statistics is would help tremendously.

This indicator is meant to be created for MT4.
