Ema strategy AND candle patterns

can you create a strategy under the terms below?
Strategy when it's okay, let's mail it.

Buy signal:
EMA18 cross above EMA48 AND candle open > close (bullish candle)

Sell signal:
EMA18 cross under EMA48 AND candle open < close (bearish canlde)

Buy signal:
EMA18 cross above EMA48 AND candle open < close (bullish candle)

Sell signal:
EMA18 cross under EMA48 AND candle open > close (bearish canlde)

Buy signal:
open > close is NOT bullish candle
vice-versa for a Sell trade

You're right.
Yes, the bullish candle is open < close and the bearish candle is open > close.
