Séquential alerts manager & trade manager

Tired of performing repetitive and greedy tasks, I'm looking for

1 / of a sequential alert manager (if event 1 in UT1 then event detection 2 in UT2 during n periods, if event 2 then detection event 3 in UT3 ...)

and

2 / an automatic position manager: when I manually activate the next opening of a trade, it start to detect the position opening conditions, reinforcements and partial outputs. He is responsible for performing them.

Would you be able to guide me to define the types of solutions to meet my needs? On MT4 or other if necessary.
