STOCH RSI + BB alert

Hello guys,

I was looking for a Stoch RSI whch is the same than the one we can find on Tradingview, but impossible. Anyway, I found one for MT4 that I attach here.
My question is following : is it possible to make an alert when the price hits the BB on the top AND the Stoch Rsi is overbought, and when the price hits the BB on the other side and Stoch Rsi is oversold ?
Settings of the Stoch Rsi are as default.
Ialso attach a screenshot to help understand in case my english is not so good

What is the preferred platform?
MT4 or TS2?
