Indicator and Screener with other Bollinger Bands

could you please create an indicator and the screener to go with, on the MT4 platform and also the fxcm Marketscope 2.0 (sorry if it's a lot) working like this :
indicator which shows :
for M1, M5, M15, M30, the Bollinger Bands H2 with the deviations 2, 2.5 and 3 (each time).
for H1, H4, the Bollinger Bands D1 with the deviations mid, 2, 2.5 and 3 (each time).
for D1, the Bollinger Bands W1 with the deviations mid, 2, 2.5 and 3.
for W1, the Bollinger Bands MN with the deviations mid, 2, 2.5 and 3.
in the parameter box of this indicator, include the dialog box with the possibily to modify the period added (H2, D1, etc ...), the levels of deviations (mid; 2; 2.5; ...), styles of the lines, thickness and colors of them.
a default value could be set for the deviation lines as :
solid for the two dev 3 and the mid line (possibility to make it visible or not)
dashes for the two 2.5
dots for the two 2
from this indicator, creation of a scanner with dashboard that mention the signals without repaint, each time prices cross one of these deviations in any cases : up or down, 2-2.5-3, H2 or D1 or D1 or W1, and at the moment it appears without waiting the candle close by example. ex green point when prices touch a up side deviation, red when touch a down side one.
by the way is it possible to add a signal in the dashboard with black point when prices approach 0.5% or less the level 2 of deviation ?
the signal must include at least time frame, level of deviation, color of the point, level of crosses.
