I need a Signals please

I was using the Simple moving average 200, EMA 49 and EMA 13.
Wanted to get a Signal that when the EMA 49 & 13 below MVA 200 but the price is Higher than MVA 200 or when the EMA 49 & 13 above MVA 200 but the price is lower than MVA 200.
The signal should display in which timeframe hit this and just give me notification will do and it should work in all timeframe.

i am using FXCM platform please help to make this signal?
