Hi Apprentice,
Great job and the speedy response
Trend Continuation re-entry
Did give details for a re-entry on previous post 18.12.19, after testing no alert came through and that system would have been giving signals every candle, if you can add this to the strategy would be great.
Conditions for re-enter on the touch of slow MA or X amount of pips away from slow MA and close through the fast, have a max amount of pts allowed away from the slow MA in parameters settings. When making lower highs and lower lows must break and close below fast MA create Sell signal * if all conditions still met* and when making higher highs and higher lows must break and close of fast MA create Buy signal and the close below HTF * if all conditions still met* When price retraced and in between the fast and slow as per screen shot
Did you put in a max amount of candles allowed before the MA Cross Over?
PS: When trying to back test strategy the entry time frame don’t have a drop down box and don’t get any data works fine when running on live price,

We don't understand what you mean.

The prerequisite for entering the trade is MA / Price delta reduction.
or
The prerequisite for entering the trade is the price is within X pips from MA.
Then
Enter on Price / MA cross.

Hey Apprentice,
The idea for the re-entry is to touch or be within x= amount of pips away from the slow MA. For example the fast ma is below the slow ma and price touched the slow ma or within x =amount of pips allowed would just need to close through fast ma and check if below the HTF confo time frame or wait for the closed below HTF confo time frame would signal short and vice versa

Hi Apprentice & Team,
The conditions added Is buying when should be selling once the conformation is complete and vice versa. Thinks been coded to be x amount of pips away slow ma and a closed against fast and trading towards slow ma this is wrong.
Conditions for re-enter
To have a pullback to slow MA or x= amount of pips away from slow MA and close back through the fast (On MA Cross Over TF) in the trending direction and for HTF Confo TF to close below for sell or above for buy the HTF MA, and to be biased the MA Cross Over TF. For sell signal would check not made a higher low and for buy signals not made a lower high. And if you can add a condition to be valid price to close against the fast (against trend) touch the slow and the meet the ma cross over with HTF confo rules
MA Cross Over with HTF Confo strategy, Condition are fast to cross slow on (on MA Cross Over TF) and HTF confo to closed biased to MA Cross Over TF to confirm direction. These conditions must be made on both Reversal & Re-entry, the reversal having its own added conformation of a close of the zigzag channel, and re-entry having it’s own added conformation a pullback to slow ma then close back through the fast with the HTF confo TF biased to the re-entry on ma cross over TF
Been running old version alongside new version and not getting the reversal part to the strategy on new version both reversal and re-entry to run on this strategy
