Max number of open position

After an indicator that lets me set the number of max number of open positions to be held at any one time.

Similar to how margin requirment for a signal to be generated can be set to a minimum I am after a similar thing that sets the maxumum number of open positions at any one time that will not trigger orders if "x" number of open positons are alrady open.

We can create an indicator/strategy which will close some of the positions already opened.
We can limit the number of positions, my adding this logic to each strategy / EA.
We can NOT limit position numbers for strategies that do NOT have this logic or user open positions.
