Buy/Sell Strategie after move

Hallo Apprentice,
first I have to say I'm sorry for my bad english. Can you help me to built sich strategy (see Picture)?
Plattform: marketscope 2.0
Instrument: GER30
timeframe: m5, m15, m30
example for sell:
-ceate an entry short order after down move if appear a bullish candle
-all candles insert down move must be bearish(red colour)
-the bullish candle must be done, after that create entry short order 3 pips beneth open bullish candle
-set stop loss 3 pips over high bullish candle

adjustable Parameters:-min down move in pips
-max down move in pips
-time for trading
-order size

if candle after bullish candle does not trigger the entry short order---->erase order

and the same conditions also for Long trade
