MA200 +RSI ALERT

Dear Apprentice,

There is a strategy which consists in using the MA200 as support or resistance each time the price comes to touch it, at the same time as there is an oversold RSI or an overbought RSI. It is a strategy that works perfectly well and has an excellent success ratio. I have been using it for a few weeks and I have had excellent results.

Would it be possible to make an indicator which sends an alert each time the price touches the MM200 at the same time as there is a RSI oversold / overbought? The email alert we receive must also be able to tell me on what timeframe the alert took place. Also, if I put the indicator on many assets or curreny pairs, the email alert must be able to tell us on what asset the alert took place.

For the moment, I would prefer to have it as an indicator, instead of a stategy.

As you can see in the picture below, you could have use the MA200 as a strong resistance. Everytime the price touched the MA200 with and overbought RSI, the price perfectly went down.
