"N PIPS" support resistance indicator request

Hello,

This is the request to create an indicator which will draw a horizontal line. That's it. That horizontal line is meant to be traded as support resistance. Above = Long, Below = Short

Rules:
Previous candle up, draw line N pips below the opening price.
Previous candle down, draw line N pips above the opening price.
Update the line when new candle forms.
