Indicator with simple formula

Hi there! I'm wonder if there is any chance to create an indicator by this formula: rsi value/cci value and the result shown like in the pictrue also i want to compare few other indicators in this way so it would be great if the script would be simple so that i could change it by myself. Im very beginning programer.

Ahh, i want to to compare indicator that wasn't built in MT4 and i stuck. Could you change the code that it will compare delta volume(attachment indicator)/CCI ?

This indicator uses some dll's which I don't have.
Can you provide them?
And it's unclear what exactly needs to be done.

Here you go. It should take value of delta and divide by value of cci for each bar.
