Slow Stochastic with divergences

Postby susan61 » Thu Mar 19, 2020 1:18 am

Hey Apprentice and Team
I have a request can you add divergences also add trend lines from peak to peak to the slow stochastic s. Trend lines would show last x=amount trend lines. The data line to be drawn from 1st peak to 2nd peak line needs to come from an overbought/ sold area following peak to create lower high peaks for down trend & higher lower peaks for uptrend will need colour and line option and with the divergences to be drawn on the oscillator
Thanks
Susan

It's unclear what should be used as a divergence.
What indicator/oscillator.
It's not the price as I can see on the screenshot.
Or it just can't be calculated like that against the price.

Hi Apprentice,
The divergences to be calculated from price, (what other way is there? just want it to draw on slow stochastics when the price and the slow stochastic is disagreeing. As per screenshot when price was making lower lows the stochastic made a higher low and (vice versa) to be drawn on the slow stochastics as with the trends lines. The data for the trend line to be drawn from 1st peak to 2nd peak line needs to come from an overbought/ sold area following peak to create lower high peaks for down trend & higher lower peaks for uptrend will need colour and line option
Hope this explains

Hi Apprentice,
Can you add a separate colour option for the up and separate for down on both trend line and divergence, also if an uptrend is created followed by a downtrend then the uptrend to self-update and delete to stop the SSD getting cluttered this would apply to when a trend line has been broken and new trend line created even if its several downtrends in concession and vice versa for uptrend
Thanks Susan

Hi Apprentice
Can you make few adjustments,
1. The Peaks to be drawn from the K line
2. Conditions of the 2nd peak must retrace min of 50% of the last move
(to be clear talking previous high/low points on SSD)
3. And it never picked the uptrend highlighted with blue eclipse
The down trend with the divergence still in play
Thanks Susan
