Currency Realtime Screener/Scanner

I need an indicator or scanner that allows me to find things like these:

[daily] MACD(12,26,9) above 0
[weekly] EMA(13) trending up last 2 bars
[weekly] EMA(26) trending up last 2 bars
[5min] MACD(12,26,9) above 0

THe indicator should make a list with the pairs that meet that criteria anytime realtime

Just to clarify even more what I need, for example:

in the [daily] chart of the pair ----> MACD(12,26,9) above 0
in the [weekly] chart same pair ----> EMA(13) trending up last 2 bars
in the [weekly] chart same pair ----> EMA(26) trending up last 2 bars
in the [5min] chart same pair ----> [5min] MACD(12,26,9) above 0

The results must be listed immediately without having to visit any chart, every pair that meet that criteria must be listed in realtime

*I should be able to customize whatever I want, every variable of every indicator in the scanner.
*I should be able to incorporate new indicators to the scanner
*I could change parameters of the indicators as I like
*I could change the combinationns of timeframes in the scanner as i like. I could incorpore more timeframes as new condition, I mean, as many as I want.

The scanner should display a list with all the pairs that meet the criteria. It is not like I will have to visit every pair to know if the pair meet the criteria... I would like the scanner display the result in a list immediately.

In other words, I would like to have a completely customizable screener/scanner that allows me to scan the entire forex market for multiple conditions/combinations of indicators and parameters in multiple timeframes at the same time;

*What I'm asking for is a service that supposedely TradingStation (https://www.tradestation.com/) offers but I'm not even allowed to sign up from my country Venezuela due to restrictions (you now problems with the local dictatorship of the government here in Venezuela); also I believe at the end that service is expensive ... please take a look to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZ-C68fDY-g&t=609s it looks great what they have there (but again, expensive I believe and I couldn't even sign up from here)

*I heard that tradingview allows to make scripts or something like that but I don't know how to create them.

*Finviz.com is limited, even for stocks, and it's not so customizable

*Chartlink https://chartink.com/screener and https://www.stockfetcher.com/create?edit=1# don't allow me to scan Forex pairs I believe, please check

*The site I'm using right now to more or less scan the Forex pairs is: https://www.marketinout.com/stock-scree ... reener.php please take a look ... but still limited, only allows me to scan 1h Daily Weekly and Monthly but not at the same time, it's not so customizable and doesn't allow me to add conditions or "add criterion" related to different timeframes at the same time and also doesn't offer the service for timeframes less than 1hour
