Jurik Moving Average

could you please program the indicator found in the following link:

I know that (Jurik Moving Average) already exists in this site, however, the DLL file required to run it for one reason or other the antivirus program in the computer identify it as a threat and keeps deleting it. the above code should work fine with no problems.

note: please make the output color coded, i.e. green for up-slope, red for down slope.
