Simple (I think) EA build needed.

Good evening Ladies and Gents
I am looking for someone who can put together a nice functional double MA cross EA using AMA and Non Lag MA.
i have been using them and would like to automate if possible. I have the MT4 Files if required.
Would like the usual buy/ sell when one crosses the other and vice versa, visual alarm etc.

These are the indicators, hope they are attached.
once EA is running, opens , crosses and closes a move I would like it to wait 1 complete candle candle prior to opening again,(if possible) also could I have the same adjustments for the indicators as they are now.

What are the rules for the entry/exit?

This Kaufman is quite interesting, I would like to enter on the first candle past the close of the colour cross candle and exit on the close of the colour cross candle, entering again on the first candle after the cross, (can this be adjustable so I can trial 1 or 2 candles past?), would also like the same level of adjustment to the inputs if possible with manual position size based on % of balance, stoploss pips entry 1.5 x ATR(Can be manual input) i found the Alexander MA(ALXMA) the best from the list to gain most benefit.
