I want to BUY at R4 and i want to add in the R4 Limit options,an extra choice of R4 -S4 (R4 minus S4)
I want to SELL at S4 and i want to add in the S4 Limit options,an extra choice of R4 - S4 (R4 minus S4)

For example :
If the R4- S4 are let's say 37 pips (R4 minus S4 = 37 pips) then if currencie touch the R4 the strategy BUY and create a limit order 37 pips higher than R4 which is R4 minus S4 = 37 pips.

For instance going Long :
If R4 1,3457 and S4 1.3420 then the diffrence between R4-S4 are 1.3457 - 1.3420 =0.0037, so the limit are R4 + (R4-S4) 1.3457 + 0.0037 = 1.3494

For example :
If the R4- S4 are let's say 37 pips (R4 minus S4 = 37 pips) then if currencie touch the S4 the strategy SELL and create a limit order 37 pips lower than S4 which is R4 minus S4 = 37 pips.

For instance going Short :
If R4 1,3457 and S4 1.3420 then the diffrence between R4-S4 are 1.3457 - 1.3420 =0.0037, so the limit are S4 - (R4-S4) 1.3420 - 0.0037 = 1.3383

Apprentice i don't know if there is a bug or something that i don't understand but i notice this in the backtest in demo and live in demo

Strategy 1 :
when i choose as breakaway strategy buy at R4 limit R4+(R4-S4) and sell at S4 limit S4-(R4-S4) with the price type "Bid" the strategy favor the short trades (first picture with 1080 trades)

Strategy 2 :
when i choose as breakaway strategy buy at R4 limit R4+(R4-S4) and sell at S4 limit S4-(R4-S4) with the price type "Ask" the strategy are in balance in long - short trades but the trades are quite less than strategy 1 (second picures with 174 trades) -same currencie and time period-

Strategy 3 :
when i choose as reverse strategy sell at R4 limit S4 and Buy at S4 limit R4 with the price type "Bid" the strategy favor the long trades (third pictures with 1122 trades)

Strategy 4 :
when i choose as reverse strategy sell at R4 limit S4 and Buy at S4 limit R4 with the price type "Ask" the strategy are in balance in long - short trades but with much less trades than strategy 3 (fourth pictures with 285 trades) -same currencie and time period-

Any thoughts about that ? Apprentice the strategy could be proved quite profitable and i think it's worth your time.Thank you in advance as always.

I don't see any issues there.
Bid and Ask are different prices.
Pivot does have different outputs on Bid and Ask.
That results in different stops and limits.

Apprentice can you check the Mandatory closing for the Highly Adaptable Pivot Strategy v3.lua ? It is not operational.
