Opening Line EST Midnight

Hi developers,

I'm coming to you today, because i didn't find in the forum what i was looking for.
Maybe you could to help me.

It's really simple, i will like an indicator who create a horizontal line on the opening bar of Day that i could see on the different times frame.
The little difficult is that i don't want the opening of Trading Day Begin (17:00 EST) but of the EST midnight.
My attempts have been failures

After that i will like, if that's not too much to ask of you, a cross strategy between this line and the price.
