2 MA Filters only

hi there can i request a filter only if that possible

filter is a two MA filter fast cross the slow the price should be above the fast MA and not touching the MA buy only trade allowed.


opposite for the short filter fast cross the below slow MA and not touching the fast MA.

THIS IS JUST A FILTER FOR OTHER STRATEGY IT WILL NOT TAKE TRADES

Can you provide a pseudo code?
Something like
Open Long
MA1> MA2
Price> MA1

I can write this as a stand-alone indicator,
not sure how this will be implemented within the individual strategy.

As an external indicator? or hard-coded within strategy?
