indicator help

Hi would osmeone please help me make this indicator.

The set up is as follows:

RSI set to 9

Add moving average to RSI (select set to RSI) set to 6

Then go back into moving average settings and set to close.

The signal is as follows:

When the moving avergage crosses above the RSI this is SELL.

When the moving average crosses under the RSI this is BUY.

I have added an image as an example to show you the cross of the moving average with the RSI.

I would like an arrow, push alert, email alert etc indicator that works off of this please if possible.

It should repaint/disappear when price closes back past the arrow and possibly a signal to close buy/sell if trend is changing. I have some other indicators to send to the developer that picks this up that seem to work already off of this RSI MA cross as they signal at this point.

I wonder if the indicator can somehow work with a volume MACD also. I have some good ones if needed.

The RSI is most useful when oversold/overbought in a divergence situation. is there anyway we can integrate the divergence into the signal. So for example. As we know, the RSI divergence gives a strong reversal signal especially at a significant price level. Could we make the indicator recognise this as it leaves the 60-70/30-40 RSI zone but it is lower/higher on the chart.

Sorry the moving average is set to 25 on MT4

it is set to 7 on trading view if you wanted to make one for that also. i attach a pic as an example.
