RSI Signals

Hi there, I have an idea to an EA, but need an indicator first:
I want to make an RSI indicator, but only with arrows in the main chart:
- when the RSI is over bougth, e.g cross up to level 70 (buy signal)
- when the RSI is over sold, eg. cross down to level 30 (sell signal)

and the EA's with this signals please, for mt4 and mt5.
