Multi time frame windows in chart

I'd like a multi timeframe windows (4) to be show on a chart.
The main chart will show 3 ema,s
The windows must show 3 moving averages in their respective time frames.
Ema13 red
Ema34 blue
Ema136 dash blue

The ma's may be selectable in user inputs to match main chart
Time frames may be selectable in user inputs
Default windows 15m 1hr 4hr & daily

Need mt4 indicator
