EA for Enigma_Arrows

Hello Apprentice, is it possible to make an EA, with the following indicator "Enigma_Arrows"? It would be buy longs with the up arrow, buy shorts with the down arrow. The purchase exit would be through three possible independent options or a stopprofit, or a stoploss or by change of arrow direction, it could be any of them. I would make as many purchases as there are arrows in the same direction. For example, if there are three up arrows, you would make three buys, or conversely, there are two sells, you would make two sales. Thank you very much for your good work.

I didn't find it to download.
