FILTER ARROWS

Hey coders can you please filter the arrows generated by indicator Rsx Nrp Corronforex using the T3MA (T3 Clean + shift .mq4) first by combining them and add filter functions

When the T3ma is below only display buy arrows and when it's above display sell arrows
