Fix arrows

I need help when I turn on arrows n change (when to draw lines or arrows) to (draw on OB & OS levels) (1) i encounter a problem with the arrows.... when I get a signal it displays two or three arrows instead of one which makes it complicated and confusing or myb its a bug but can you please fix it for everytume when I get a signal it shows only one arrow on current

Please fix the issue if possible I'd highly appreciate it
