Zig Zag Confirmation

Setting:
1 min. chart
Zig Zag Indicator, set with the following parameters: Depth 25, Deviation 5, Backstep 3
Question:
Is there an Indicator/ Oscillator which can confirm that THIS IS THE END OF THE ZIG ZAG LINE, and the next line will be drown in the oposite direction?
If there is none, can one be created?
I hope my idea doesn't sound too ambitious.
