Big Range Bar Signal

Hi!

Is there anyone that can create this signal for me for TradingStation;

Should give a signal when a closed bar has a range 20% bigger then ATR(14) and
uptrend: price>5EMA and 5EMA>20EMA and 20EMA>50EMA
downtrend: price<5EMA and 5EMA<20EMA and 20EMA<50EMA

I look forward to here from anyone out there

Could you please refine what is "closed bar range"? High-Low? Abs(Close-Open)?

You should also be able to change % value manually
