EMA RSI MACD signal request

Hi would appreciate if you could write a signal with the following :

Buy
ema 5> ema10
rsi>50
macd>macda

Sell
ema5<ema10
rsi<50
macd<macda

timeframe variable

If possible mark it on the chart but not essential


There is a signal for ema rsi stochastic but if you can amend the signal to the above.
