How to get the latest ticks in a bar

Hi,
I am new to fxcodebase. Suppose I subscribed to a 30 min bar. I want to get the latest ticks as they are created. Right now it gives update after 30 min bar is complete. How do i subscribe to the latest ticks as they arrive?
I need the total bar (30 min) data (open, close, high low) at the current time and I need the current tick. Is there a way to do this?
