OfferID doesn't match the trade

Hi,
I keep getting OfferID doesn't match the trade error all the time. But not for all symbols but few of them at randomly. I checked I get the OfferID in Prepare() and it works. After this error my strategy is paused for some reason. Has anyone seen this error?

C:/Program Files (x86)/Candleworks/FXTS2/Strategies/Custom/mystrategy_oil.lua:341: The OfferID doesn't match the trade.

Can you provide mentioned strategy?

Strategy is simple, buy above MVA 20 and sell below MVA 20. Thats it.
