New version of the New Candle Alert.

In this version:

1) Up to 9 pairs of the instrument/timeframe can be specified. For example you can watch EUR/USD 1 hour and USD/JPY 2 hours using just one alert.

2) You can choose the alert when the time of the candle is exceeded (watch end of the candle), or when the first tick of the new candle appears (watch start of the candle) or both of them.
