Dialogue box issue

I'm not sure if this is specific to me only, but when I attempt to open a market order, change an entry order, modify an indicator, or any other thing that requires a dialogue box... The box does not appear automatically, it only appears after pressing [Alt]. This is an easy enough workaround but I wanted to report the issue as it is frustrating, and it prevents me from any other activity until I press [Alt] to make the box appear and respond to it.

my specs are:

Intel i7-2820QM CPU @ 2.3 GHz
12GB RAM
64 Bit OS Windows 7 Ultimate
