Hello to Programmers,

In the new TS2's behavior, I've observed a little mistake when we want create a chart for W1.

I explain :

Creating a chart on W1, the TS2 sends back the datas : correct, BUT :
the Date/Time of weeks begin Saturday, and not Sunday, as usual in the English calendar.

See picture .png below, the table coming from "Export to Excel" (format .xml) has datas on each Saturdays, not on Sundays.

Rgds,

Hello LeTigre30,

Though FXCM trading week starts on Sunday, the trading week candle starts on Saturday. This day is always used for the timestamp of trading week. So this is not a defect. But I understand that it may be looks odd and not handy for you. You can try to contact FXCM with this issue.

Hello Sunshine,

Thanks for your reply. Effectively, it's look odd and not handy, when we see on a chart (D1) that the day begins on Monday at 17h00 (NB: the platform TimeZone is set to "New York") !!!

Also, what can we say about the counting errors ticks, when the statistics over a week, which normally begins on Sunday at 17:00 and ends on Friday at 17:00 (EST time - New York), gives false results on the number registered of ticks and returned by the server?

In a few hours, I will send the global statistics for the week 25-2013 (from Sunday, June 16th, 2013 to Friday, June 21st, 2013), that's very expressive !
