Paid script request, Simply write to file prices

Hello, please write a script/indi able to write on file, lets say "prices.live.txt" , lets say for 4 pairs, bid /ask prices. Lets say every 100 ms. This mean, the file prices.live.txt need to refresh each 100ms ( or less ) containing something like this:

c:\> type prices.live.txt
[DATA]
pairs=4
pairs_name=EURUSD#GBPUSD#EURJPY#USDJPY
[EURUSD]
bid=1.36561
ask=1.36581
[GBPUSD]
bid=1.66043
ask=1.66088
[USDJPY]
bid
ask
[EURJPY]
bid
ask

Is it possible ?

How much is the cost ?
I need to get such prices from my TSII fxcm account or via API/FIX.
