Fib tool usage

Hi there,


Not sure if this is possible but I will give it a go.
Attached is screnshot of my idea. Basically to use the fib tool to place open and stop levels and use intermediate levels to control the trade.
I have labelled the screenshot with one way I would envisage using the tool.
All the actions can be done by using seperate apps but is impossible if scalping.
So the tools are all there it is a case of combining them.
If possible could you give me an idea as to cost of doing this work.
