Unable to connect

I've been using orde2go for a while now. But all day today its been "unable to connect/login to order2go."

Do you know why? FXCM did update their platform today. Just curious as to what I need to do for order2go to work.

Hi 4xtr8r,

Could you please specify the error message you receive? If the error is:
"Unable to obtain station descriptor. Not found(ORA-499)"

The typical reason for such error is an incorrect URL, for example when is used like in TS application instead of proper form:

TS++ tries to resolve incomplete URL, but this just a "sugar" provided by the application for the user convenience. The API requires the complete URL to be specified.

If the issue persists, please specify:
- which version of Order2gGo you use;
- the name of the server you use. You can see it on the FX Trading Station II status bar if you log in with your account, something like U100D1 or MiniReal.

Please note that Order2gGo is a deprecated API and it is not supported anymore. I would recommend you to use ForexConnect API.
