1 Month Hist data problem

I just recently found that the candle for the previous month is not returned correctly by the Price server.
Here is the screen:

EUR/USD 1 Month

The same is happening with other instruments. Would you please double-check the server side?

Could you please clarify according to which candles you build the march candle, i.e hourly\minute\etc.?

I do not build the March bar.(sorry I forgot that you use bars not candles)
The screen I've attached to my post represented the raw data that I had received from the Price Server when I requested 1 Month price history bars through the createMarketDataSnapshotRequestInstrument.
I requested 50 bars.
As you can see the previous bar(i.e. March bar) is spread between elements #47 and #48. Both these elements also have the same starting time 2/29/2016 2:00:00 PM.
This is not correct.
