Anyone having issues logging in with demo accounts?

I've submitted an update for an app I have in the Mac App Store. The app reviewer [located in the US] is unable to log in using any (of the two) demo accounts I provided, the accounts are working for me. I submitted an update last Tuesday and everything was fine.

Can users located in the US still log in with demo accounts?

I ended up telling the Apple reviewer "trust me it works" and they let the app update pass the review process. The Microsoft reviewer didn't have any problems.
