Price action and RSI

Hello and thank you for reading this.

I have a strategy and i would like someone help me make an EA .
When RSI oversold and in chart appear inside bar, ea take BUY 0.1. If price continues moving against the position, EA will open a grid of additionalc same orders with distance( such as if price move down 50 point it add buy oder same volume 0.1 lot and continues to max oder)
When RSI overbought it similar.
