Proportionate Direction Indicator

Hello Apprentice
1) the details of request are as follows;

Interface details;
2) display of indicator should only be an 'up' [green] and/or 'down' [red] arrow
3) the choice of [a] size [b] color [c] location of arrow should be selectable in the dialog box
Calculation;
4) from any selected indicator/line Already used in the timeframe it should calculate the proportionate relationship between the direction of price and direct/reverse movement of the value of the selected indicator
5) direct/reverse relationship should be selectable in the dialog box
6) for example in case of 'direct' if the value of the selected indicator moves from 30 to 70 and price moves from 50 to 80 then the 'arrow' should become up arrow and green [selected] color
6) similarly again in case of 'direct' if the value of the selected indicator moves from -0.005890 to -0.005610 and the price moves from 80 to 50 the 'arrow' should become down arrow and red [selected] color
7) vice/versa for reverse
8) the sensitivity should be to atleast 5 decimals or selectable in the dialog box

9) briefly the requirement is to have an up/down arrow indicating the effect of plus/minus movement of selected indicator Already present/used in the timeframe with reference to the plus/minus movement of the price
