Colored Bollinger Band

Hi,

It is possible to make bollinger bands indicator with 3 colors for TS2 :
- first color when the space between high BB and low BB increase (blue on picture)
- second color when the space between high BB and low BB decrease (red on picture)
- third color when the space between high BB and low BB is narrow (grey on picture)
