Williams Percent Range

Postby swnlobo » Wed May 22, 2019 6:31 pm

Hi Guys,

Would be too much to ask for an expert advisor that uses as reference Williams Percent Range? I want to test it as follows:

Buy signal (lot defined by user) occurs when indicator’s line goes to zone above - 30, and sell signal occurs when indicator’s line goes to zone below - 70. These levels can be changed in strategie’s params (BuyLevel and SellLevel as Williams percent parameters). All existing orders are closing when opposite signal will occur or if they reach Take Profit level. Take Profit and Stop Loss can be disable by setting value 0 in strategy params.

I know it goes a bit divergent from the regular use of the indicator, but please would you help me?
Many thanks in advance

Regards

Sorry, my bad! I use mt4 standard williams percent range. Another Williams indicator can be used provided that the values are the same as mt4 builted indy. If you need me to get one I can go search...

Thank you for your feedback

All the best

Hi Aprentice,

I tried it and can't make it work no matter the settings I try.

All I need is:
1 - if Williams value goes from below (ex: -40) and crosses or touches -30 it opens a buy order; and
2 - if Williams value goes from above (ex: -60) and crosses or touches -70 it opens a sell order (and/or closes the previous buy order referred in point 1)

Thanks for the help

Regards
