Hi Apprentice,

The idea is more of a protection to have a auto placed hedge when trade is open and close if not activated and to manually override limits if hedge is activated without one trade closing both

As soon as trade is open a hedge would be of same value would be placed, (parameter setting would define the distance from original open trade, like in the one click trading at market), but if original trade does not activate hedge then on close of original trade the placed hedge trade would cancelled (as many times forgot hedge was still placed).and if the placed hedge is activated must be able to override any limits and close one of the trades without other closing

Hey Apprentice & Team
Is it possible to code,
To place counter trade when a trade is triggered as the current version just keeps adding trades and if you try to close one trade all trades are closed what I am looking for is :
When a trade is open, the strategy will place a counter trade of the same value would need to have parameters setting of number of pips and lot size.
Scenario 1. Original trade hits the take profit without triggering the counter trade, closes the original trade and cancels the counter trade
Scenario 2. Original trade goes against you and the counter trade now triggered need to be able to cancel one of the trades manually without both trade being closed
Parameter setting
Would the amount of pip between original trade and place counter trade (Risk) and Amount of lots
Hope you guys can help with this

Hi Apprentice & Team
Not sure if your previous post was to my request?
If so need in LUA not MT4 please and the 1st part is if trade hit Take Profit without triggering the placed trade the placed hedge trade auto cancels on the close of original trade, if closed manually or at TP levels
thanks Minifire

Hey Apprentice & Team,
Just tried out the auto hedge when manually entered a trade of 100 lots the strategy placed x4 separate 1 lot trade the idea is to place the same value of lots on the auto place trade. Also noticed that the place trade had a TP limit order same as original trade, if the auto placed trade was to be triggered then all limit orders on both open trades would be cancelled and would close trades manually, So no limit order is needed on the auto place trade. When closed one of the trades it closed all trades open on that pair can you implicate Scenario 2. Original trade goes against you and the counter trade now triggered need to be able to cancel one of the trades manually without both trade being closed.
can you look into this pls
