"No cross" indicator

He would like an indicator showing a green /red arrow + text "No cross MM" or "No cross MACD" in these cases:
let say that a line is green when it' has a positive slope and red otherwise
1) Green arrow + "No cross MM" when:
- MVA7 above MVA20
-MVA7 red
- signal appears at closure of the candle when the MVA7 turns back green staying above MVA20
2) Green arrow + "No cross MACD" (parameters of the MACD selectable)
-MACD line above signal line
-MACD line red
- signal appears when at closure of the candle : the MACD line turns back green staying above signal line AND MACD line is below zero line
3) opposite trend to have a red arrow signal

I will test it longer but the "no cross MM" seems to be accurate
On the other hand the "no cross MACD" signal isn't. Sometimes it's one candle late sometimes it appeares without any reason (I'm using the indicator MACD with cloud to check)
A question: when are the labels supposed to appear ? On the chart or the alert?

I don't have any issues. I need a screenshot with an incorrect signal. Labels are for the alerts.

I set No cross indicator only and MACD is the "MACD with cloud" indicator you wrote.
As you can see:
- the yellow ellipse is the signal but the arrow appears the candle after
- in the purple ellipse there is no signal as since the MACD line is below(ellipse 1-3-4)/above(ellipse 2) signal line there is no switch in the colour of the MACD line
- ellipse blue: the green arrows shouldn't appear and it's a down signal but the red arrow appears one candle after
