Nice ratio. Reminds me about ADX. It looks like trading above 150 level is optimal solution. I like 21 setting more than 14.
Is this ration bound to one specific moving average? Did you test it with others when you were developing this oscillator?

I just did the conversion.
I haven't tested it much.
The moving averages are not used.
