whats wrong with this indicator

Hello;

I attach this indicator to chart at it gives me only sell arrows but i would like to get both buy and sell arrows.By the way on charts it says "2charts opposite arrows signal" what does that mean?Can you please take a look at ...

Can you provide the MQ4 version?
We can NOT read EX4.

no i dont have mq4 file.i opened two charts but doesnt give buy and sell arrow together.
