Convert MQ5 to MQ4

Dear Apprentice,

Could you please convert this indicator from MQ5 to MQ4?

This is the floating version VZO. While converting, could you please add the signal line as well?

You already have one VZO signal line version in this site, but that's without the floating line. This would be much better if converted and the signal line is added.
