Could an indicator be developed to plot an instruments cycle on a daily chart in the form of a concave arc as in the attached picture and also as mentioned on the Wiley Trading Guide?

Could be as follows;
Consisting of 4 types of arcs only apllied to Daily, Weekly and Monthly charts.
The Primary arcs drawn above the Secondary from Year Start (01/01) to Year End (12/31)
The Secondary arcs drawn above the Tertiary from 1st Quarter Start (01/01) to 2nd Quarter End (06/31) and from 3rd Quarter Start to 4th Quarter End (12/31)
The Tertiary arcs drawn above the from 1st Quarter Start (01/01) to 1st Quarter End (01/31), from 2nd Quarter Start (04/01) to 2nd Quarter End (06/31), from 3rd Quarter Start (07/01) to 3rd Quarter End (09/30), and from 4th Quarter Start (10/01) to 4th Quarter End (12/31)
The Quaternary arcs drawn from Month Start Date to Month End Date.
